Met the team at an F45 event and have been super impressed with their protein powder. The ingredients are clean, and it mixes well in smoothies/ oats or Greek yogurt. I’m already onto my third order 🙂 (also loving their Creatine and Hydrafuel too). Everyone should support this NZ brand!
Took a chance on the pre-workout , didn’t disappoint, gave a me a good burst of energy, kept me active for a 2 1/2 hour gym sesh , decent flavour and great mix, not super strong but still very decent - 9.5/10

Love the salted caramel protein powder! I have it in smoothies, with banana water, and my overnight oats! So much flavor.
Pre workout with hydro fuel is a great combo! Takes me 20mins to get to my gym in the morning and I have a 20min warm up on the treadmill. So by the time I’ve left home and warmed up, I feel incredible and ready for training.

I’ve been using Kyro for the past few months now and honestly, it’s become a non-negotiable in my routine.
From the first few sessions I noticed the difference better hydration, more consistent energy, and way less of that mid-session drop-off. Whether it’s long runs, hard workouts, or just getting through a busy day, it actually does what it says it will.
What I like most is how easy it is to use and how good it tastes compared to a lot of other products out there. No heavy feeling, no crash just clean performance.
Genuinely at the point now where I feel off if I don’t have it. Definitely recommend giving it a go if you’re serious about your training or even just want to feel better day-to-day.
