SHIPPING

Cost of Delivery

  • $8.99 standard shipping across New Zealand.
  • International shipping will be charged at varied rates depending on the destination.

Reliable Delivery Service

  • We offer standard shipping within New Zealand through NZ Post for most deliveries.
  • All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Address for Delivery

  • Products will be delivered to the address you provide in your order.
  • You must ensure that either someone is present to accept delivery or there is somewhere accessible, secure and safe to leave your order.
  • Deliveries are made Monday-Friday on days that are not public holidays.

Cancellation by Kyro

  • We may cancel any order (in full or part) where:
    • Payment has not been received or fraudulent.
    • We become aware after order confirmation that a product is out of stock.
    • There has been a genuine pricing or product description error.
    • Where products are subject to a product withdrawal or recall.
  • We will refund any amount paid in respect of any cancelled order for only those products cancelled.

Cancellation by the Customer

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your order is correct before finalising and making payment.
  • You may be able to cancel an order if you advise us prior to your order being picked/shipped.

International Customs Duties and Levies

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged for international orders.

RETURNS

All product or delivery complaints, replacement or return requests should be emailed to info@kyro.co.nz.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A product can only be returned if the product is in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect Delivery or Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded through your original payment method within 15 business days.
