Energize tastes delicious and is effective for both training sessions and before runs! I used Hydrafuel throughout my Ultramarathon event and it was honestly phenomenal. I’ve struggled with some other carb drinks causing issues during longer events, but Hydrafuel was easy to tolerate and kept me feeling good all day. I stayed well hydrated, had consistent energy, and never had any gut problems. It was a huge part of getting me through such a long endurance event — I’ll definitely be using it again for future races!

I've been using vegan protein powder for 10 years and Kyro is the best by far. I've learned not all plant protein is created equal - to trigger muscle protein synthesis, over 2000mg of Leucine per serve is optimal. As plant protein is naturally lower in amino acids compared to whey, it is very hard to find powders on the market which meet this requirement. But, with 2120mg of Leucine per serve, Kyro ticks the bioavailability box! It tastes so natural, perfect sweetness, vanilla flavour and smooth consistency. Short and simple ingredients list, nutrition info on point and its the most affordable. Kyro has redefined the plant protein game!!

100/10!!! My new favourite protein!!! As someone who has been plant based for nearly 10yrs, I've tried A LOT of pea protein powders / dairy-free protein powders and most of them taste like dirt that you have to hold your breath and chug (bc you know you need the protein) or you try once and then never use again... Kyro's pea protein is the OPPOSITE!!! Tastes sooo good on its own AND in smoothies (my personal favourite), no weird after taste and great macros too!
