Kyro was founded in 2022 by Titouan Lamouric while completing his studies to become an engineer. But the roots of the brand go much deeper, reflecting Titouan's personal journey through adversity and resilience.

From an early age, Titouan was no stranger to challenges. As a athlete, he dedicated himself to competitive swimming and embraced a life of fitness. However, his path was abruptly changed when he tore his ACL twice and developed osteomyelitis in the same knee. Faced with a grim diagnosis, Titouan was told he would never run again—a blow that triggered a period of demotivation and a struggle to regain his passion for health and fitness.

Yet, it was through these times that Titouan discovered his greatest strength: consistency. He defied the odds with unwavering dedication, proving that recovery was not only possible but a testament to the power of showing up, every single day. Years of hard work and recovery fueled his comeback, and today, he is not just planning a half-Ironman in 2025 but also leading a brand born from his vision.

Kyro stands for more than just performance supplements. It represents the belief that personal growth, resilience, and community come from the simple yet profound act of showing up.
